Billing Specialist
The Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing customer loads, confirming bill rates, and maintaining email records for accurate invoicing. They prepare daily invoices, match and review invoices against customer protocols, and handle various financial transactions while maintaining accounts receivables and payables. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role, and knowledge of billing procedures and the trucking industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and strong administrative skills are also required.

- Review driver trip reports
- Data entry using QuickBooks Pro Plus 2023
- Maintain accounts receivables (A/R)
- Entering payables
- Cash management
- Basic financial transactions
- Other projects as assigned
